Shipping Methods

At this time, we do not offer delivery services via express carriers. All orders will be delivered exclusively by our in-house delivery team. We provide delivery services within a 40-kilometer radius of our store. The system will automatically calculate the delivery distance based on the address provided at checkout. Orders exceeding this distance cannot be processed.

Delivery Time

Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Our delivery team will contact you 15 to 30 minutes prior to arrival.

If no recipient is available at the time of delivery, we will:

  • Securely tape the balloon bag to the door, or
  • Leave it in the lobby of an apartment building (if accessible).

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup at 905-4955 Yonge St, North York, ON. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded within 24 hours of placement.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will be happy to process the cancellation.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you have provided incorrect shipping details, please:

We can correct your shipping address within 24 hours of order placement.

If more than 24 hours have passed and your order has already been shipped to the incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
