We now offer delivery across the GTA with no minimum price requirement, including areas such as Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, and Newmarket. Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free pickup is available at both of our studio locations in:
• Downtown Toronto
• Markham

Feel free to choose whichever option suits your schedule best.

• Latex Balloons: Average of 2 days
• Foil Balloons: Average of 5 days

Float times may vary depending on factors such as temperature, direct sunlight, indoor or outdoor use, size, and material. Foil balloons generally float longer than latex balloons.

To help maximize float time, all of our latex balloons are carefully treated with Hi-Float.

For optimal results, we suggest arranging pickup or delivery on the day of your event. If you require extended float time or have specific setup needs, please contact us before placing your order so we can guide you toward the best option.

We try our best to show balloon colors as true to life as possible.

Still, colors may vary slightly depending on lighting, such as natural sunlight, warm indoor lighting, or cool studio lighting.

We appreciate your understanding.

If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your event, we can provide a refund with a 5% transaction fee deducted.

For cancellations made within 24–48 hours, we’re able to offer store credit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.

Custom print orders cannot be refunded once they’ve been sent to print.

We prepare every order with great care. Once balloons have been picked up or delivered, their condition can be affected by temperature, transportation, and handling.

Because of this, we’re unable to take responsibility for any leaking or popping after the balloons leave our studio.
